As a member of Real Estate With A Reason, there are opportunities for Agents to commit on many levels.
The requirements of partnership are:
1) Consistently present yourself as a person of integrity and of excellent character.
2) Make a personal donation from every closed & paid out real estate transaction (a donation of $50/transaction is requested although a minimum of $10/transaction is required) to either Habitat for Humanity NCR or Watoto Leadership Foundation.
3) Use the presentation binder when inviting buyers & sellers to be part of the program. Invite them to make a one time donation, a monthly donation or a child sponsorship.
4) Submit donor information forms to R WAR & we will forward them for you.
5) Maintain a yearly partnership fee
