In Uganda where war and poverty rages, hundreds of hungry children are being abandoned every day. Each one of these beautiful children has a story of heartbreak and amazing survival. In Western Uganda, little Immaculate's mother put her on a bus and abandoned her. In Gulu (Northern Uganda), young Kevin lost her parents to chest infections while seeking refuge in a "Displaced Person's Camp." Today all children in the Watoto Foundation have warm comfortable homes, with brothers and sisters, and mothers who love and care for them. All their needs are being met and their futures are bright.
